However, it is important to understand that the delivery of a blueprint is the completion of our core service obligation. The blueprint is a strategic document — its value lies in the quality of the research, personalization, and strategic recommendations it contains. The execution of the blueprint, and any results that follow, are entirely dependent on your actions, consistency, and effort.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current. If you provide misleading or incomplete information about your skills, experience, or available time, the resulting blueprint may not align with your real circumstances, and the Company accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate client-provided data.
When you purchase a blueprint from The Easy Hustles, you acknowledge and agree that success in any online business endeavor requires active participation, consistent effort, and personal accountability. Specifically, you agree to the following:
Upon successful payment and completion of your profile questionnaire, your personalized blueprint will be generated and delivered digitally. You will receive access via the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery is typically instant or within a few hours of completing your profile assessment. In some cases, particularly for Accelerator Blueprint orders that include premium optimization, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
Once delivered, you will have permanent access to your blueprint document. The Company is not responsible for lost access due to your failure to save, download, or securely store the materials. We recommend downloading and backing up all materials upon receipt.
If you do not receive your blueprint within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at support@theeasyhustles.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

The blueprints we create are designed as complete, end-to-end strategic systems. They include specific actions to take, in a specific order, using specific tools, within specific timeframes. Every element is deliberately chosen and sequenced to maximize your probability of success.
Your blueprint includes a 30-day (or longer) step-by-step roadmap. This roadmap is designed to be followed sequentially. Each step builds upon the previous one. Skipping steps, reordering tasks, or only partially completing the roadmap will significantly diminish the effectiveness of the strategy and may result in poor or no results.
We have designed the accompaniment based on extensive research and proven methodologies. When clients deviate from the recommended path — for example, by skipping the audience research phase, launching without proper positioning, or ignoring the customer acquisition strategy — the likelihood of failure increases substantially. The Company cannot be held responsible for outcomes that result from incomplete or selective implementation of the blueprint.
Your blueprint may recommend specific tools, software, platforms, or services necessary to execute the strategy. These recommendations are made based on what we believe offers the best combination of effectiveness, affordability, and ease of use for your specific situation. Substituting recommended tools with alternatives that may not be suitable for your strategy could affect your results, and this falls outside our scope of responsibility.
Your blueprint is built around the time availability you reported during your profile assessment. The strategy, timelines, and milestones are calibrated to this availability. If your actual time investment is significantly lower than what you reported, the projected timelines and outcomes will not apply. Consistent, dedicated execution during the recommended time periods is essential.
If at any point during your execution you encounter obstacles, confusion, or challenges, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team. We are here to help you stay on track. However, failing to seek help and instead abandoning the blueprint prematurely is a decision made by you, and the Company is not responsible for results lost due to premature abandonment of the strategy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Easy Hustles Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or financial institution, including currency conversion fees for non-USD transactions.
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once the blueprint has been generated and delivered. Each blueprint requires significant resources to research, analyze, and create, and it cannot be "returned" once delivered.

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, blueprints, graphics, branding, and proprietary systems created by The Easy Hustles are the exclusive intellectual property of The Easy Hustles Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use your blueprint for your own individual business purposes. You may not:

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@theeasyhustles.com.
Your blueprint may recommend third-party tools, platforms, software, or services (such as website builders, marketing tools, social media platforms, or payment processors). These recommendations are made in good faith based on our professional assessment.
However, The Easy Hustles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party services recommended in your blueprint. We do not control the availability, pricing, terms of service, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Any use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and conditions, and you assume all risk associated with their use.
If a recommended third-party tool changes its pricing, features, availability, or terms after your blueprint is delivered, this does not constitute grounds for a refund or claim against The Easy Hustles.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Easy Hustles Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bailiwick of Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be first attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or our services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Easy Hustles reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
